Festival Stall Information
and Application Form
Date: WA Day Long Weekend, Sunday 31 May 2026
Location: Augusta Volunteer Marine Rescue Building, Augusta Boat Harbour
The Whalesong Festival Markets will be back for 2026 and we look forward to having you onboard as a stall holder or food vendor.
This year the Whalesong Markets will be held indoors at the new Augusta Volunteer Marine Rescue Building, located at the Augusta Boat Harbour. By being indoors it means stall holders are protected from any possible inclement weather that could occur at this time of year when it can be at its most unpredictable.
Stallholders Only (Indoors)
- Stalls: General Sites are 2m x 2m. Please indicate if you require more than one site (maximum two). Stall holders must provide their own infrastructure (tables, chairs, etc).
- Power: Due to markets now being indoors, we may have limited options.
- Set Up: Stall holders should set up from 7.00am. You will be given 10 minutes to unload and move your vehicles out of the area to the designated car park set aside for you. Trading will commence when event opens at 8am.
- Communications: There is a Telstra tower near the venue but we can’t guarantee that your carrier will operate here. Please check ahead to ensure that your EFTPOS runs efficiently.
- Sites: Sites are limited and will be allocated at the discretion of the Co-ordinator however all efforts will be made to ensure your requests are accommodated.
All Stallholders: We are focused on reducing waste and plastics and request that there be no single use plastics or plastic bags used at our 2026 festival. However, bins will be on site as follows:
o Containers for Change plastic bins will be on site to collect recyclable materials.
o General rubbish bins will be installed to cover general rubbish for the event.
Food Vans (outdoors)
- Van Dimensions: Please supply accurate overall dimensions (including draw bar etc). This is important to ensure we leave enough room for you to access the site.
- Power: All food vendors are to bring their own power generators. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure all electrical cords and items are tested and tagged.
- Inclement Weather: Please note this event may be impacted by the weather due to it being Winter, but we will do our best to proceed as planned.
Indoor activities will proceed in inclement weather, but outdoor activities may be impacted and we will do our best to notify you of any changes as quickly as possible. - Recycling and Rubbish: We are focused on reducing waste and plastics and request that there be no single use plastics or plastic bags used at our 2026 festival. However, bins will be on site as follows:

o General rubbish bins will be installed to cover general rubbish for the event.
- Payment: is required within two weeks of receipt of the application and is non-refundable. Stall will be not booked until receipt of payment. Payment can be made via direct debit (details below) or by credit card payment either over the phone or in person at the CRC.
